My letter of disgust to Mang Inasal

I Just want to bring to your attention that your branch/franchise in SM Marilao is poorly serving your customers, might be proper to review their performance.

My family decided to have dinner in your resto(SM Marilao). I was already infront of the cashier and waiting for her to ask me our order. The counter was open since it served a customer before me and no sign that it is closed -- for sure the counter was open. she was a bit of doing something, counting bills i think, so i stood there waiting for her to take my order and after a few minutes realized that she had no intention of taking my order so i changed lane going to another counter. after that a customer queued into that cashier and she took his order, that pissed me off since it is very clear she DIDN'T take my order.

I asked the cashier at the counter i am in why the other counter didn't take my order and couldn't answer as if she was mute. I then asked the cashier whom didn't take my order why she neglected to get my order -- still no answer and most importantly NO SORRY was heard out of her silent mouth.

I then escalated the matter to the supervisor/manager and asked why they are all not answering my questions. Surprisingly...the manager was also mute and could not handle the situation, he didn't even asked the first cashier...did not even bothered to handle the situation.

It looked liked I was surrounded by mute people, i thought this was a resto not a mime show.

So my family and I left WITHOUT hearing even one single "SORRY" from these mimes.

What you should do is fire the Supervisor for not handling the situation well, fire the cashier for not taking orders from customers who give you income.

and instead open up a mime show, that would probably sell.

Goodluck to your franchise business. If you don't fix this you will certainly lose a lot of customers. This looked more like a blog now so i will post this to every channel i could find.

I'm going teaching tomorrow

second wave, this will be my second semester as being a teacher once again. I hope to help and inspire my students, make them better citizens and in the end make a better society.

That's one small candy wrapper for a man, one giant leap backwards on environmental impact

I have been preaching to my family most especially to my wife how important it is to be responsible in everything, everywhere and to everyone. I also often emphasize how a small act of goodness and or righteousness can change the world.

My wife and i went outside at 11PM to buy some ice, she bought also a small piece of chocolate/candy.  on our way back, i saw her drop a small piece of wrapper, i asked her if i was correct in seeing her drop off a little piece of wrapper like it was nothing, and she concede.  ofcourse that's my time again to preach how small things can change the world.  she got mad at my lecture yada yada yada.

Ok, me talking to myself, self i think it's time for a reality check. "Do you lost consider yourself successful in evangelizing the whole world on how the world should be?", well you can't even influence your other half how come you want to change the world then.

at that point i am lost again, hopeless, depressed, ...there is no way this world will ever change to the better. people are so lax. my wife's excuse is that it was only a small piece of wrapper and it was her first time to do that. judging by the chemical composition of the wrapper it is a sturdy plastic wrapper that i think will decompose in 100 years time, if all people of this world would do the same, i think that there would be a lot of garbage that will be collected everyday, everyday people throwing their first garbage!

i'm back to my poor old lost soul again, with no sign of hope. i'm a failure, can't even influence my own wife.

small can be powerful, once can be a multiplier. Good luck to us all.
