My letter of disgust to Mang Inasal

I Just want to bring to your attention that your branch/franchise in SM Marilao is poorly serving your customers, might be proper to review their performance.

My family decided to have dinner in your resto(SM Marilao). I was already infront of the cashier and waiting for her to ask me our order. The counter was open since it served a customer before me and no sign that it is closed -- for sure the counter was open. she was a bit of doing something, counting bills i think, so i stood there waiting for her to take my order and after a few minutes realized that she had no intention of taking my order so i changed lane going to another counter. after that a customer queued into that cashier and she took his order, that pissed me off since it is very clear she DIDN'T take my order.

I asked the cashier at the counter i am in why the other counter didn't take my order and couldn't answer as if she was mute. I then asked the cashier whom didn't take my order why she neglected to get my order -- still no answer and most importantly NO SORRY was heard out of her silent mouth.

I then escalated the matter to the supervisor/manager and asked why they are all not answering my questions. Surprisingly...the manager was also mute and could not handle the situation, he didn't even asked the first cashier...did not even bothered to handle the situation.

It looked liked I was surrounded by mute people, i thought this was a resto not a mime show.

So my family and I left WITHOUT hearing even one single "SORRY" from these mimes.

What you should do is fire the Supervisor for not handling the situation well, fire the cashier for not taking orders from customers who give you income.

and instead open up a mime show, that would probably sell.

Goodluck to your franchise business. If you don't fix this you will certainly lose a lot of customers. This looked more like a blog now so i will post this to every channel i could find.
